Through the Shell-Jollibee Skills Scholarship Program, scholars from PSFI’s program, Sanayan sa Kakayahang Industriyal or SKIL, will be taking on the role of service crew trainees at selected Jollibee stores. This program aims to impart to the scholar valuable hands-on training at the Jollibee store level and to instill in him JFC work ethics such as excellence and teamwork. As a veteran in scholarship programs, Pilipinas Shell Foundation brings to the partnership years of experience and insight in developing the youth. The Jollibee Foundation completes the tri-partite undertaking by supporting the implementation of the program and seeing to its continuous improvement.

A vital component of the scholarship is the provision of a stipend that will serve as an additional income for the scholars, which they can use for their school allowance. With the combined expertise of JFC, Pilipinas Shell Foundation, and Jollibee Foundation, the scholars will be provided the necessary tools to achieve their highest potential.
